N2  - It is importantto witness the discovery of the disputes in the society, the determination ofthe offense and the prosecution of an indictment. It is necessary for thewitnessing institution to carry out a healthy process in order to deliver theright to possession of the right and the right to justice.In this study, we emphasized the importance of your witness and what kind ofobligation it is; The qualifications of the witnesses, the conditions forwitnessing and witnessing were examined according to Islamic law and processedin contradiction with today's law.
