Kurumsal yaratıcılık bireylerin kurumsal faaliyetlerde yeni fikir üreterek ve uygulayarak yenilikçi performansını artırması ile sağlanır. Kurumsal yaratıcılık için, yeni bir fikrin gerçekten yaratılmış olması gerekir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, yaratıcılığın boyutları olan kurumsal destek, yönetici desteği, çalışma grubu desteği, kaynak yeterliliği, serbestlik, kurumsal engeller ve iş yükü baskısının kurumsal yaratıcılık üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Bununla birlikte kurumsal yaratıcılığın geliştirilmesinde yaratıcılığın boyutlarından olumlu ve olumsuz etkileyenler ile ilgili öneriler sunmaktır. Bu alan çalışmasında, Türkiye’de bir kamu kurumunda farklı illerde çalışan 127 orta düzey yöneticiden anket yardımıyla il müdürlüklerindeki yaratıcılık ve kurumsal yaratıcılık algılarına ilişkin veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi SPSS 16.0 programı ile yapılarak tablolar halinde sunumu yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, kurumsal yaratıcılık üzerinde; yaratıcılık boyutlarından kurumsal destek ve çalışma grubu desteğinin olumlu etkisi olduğunu, kaynak yeterliliğinin olumsuz etkisi olduğunu, diğer taraftan yönetici desteğinin, serbestliğin, kurumsal engellerin ve iş yükü baskısının anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığını göstermiştir. Fororganizational creativity, it is really necessary that a newidea must be created. This study aims to determine the impactof creativity dimensions (organizational encourage-ment, supervisoryencouragement, work group supports, sufficient resources, freedom,organizational impediments, and workload pressure) on organizationalcreativity. In addition, it is aimed to provide recommendations based onresults regarding positive or negative effect of creativity dimensions on thedevelopment of organizational creativity. In this empirical study, the data onperceptions concerning creativity and organizational creativity was gathered bymeans of a questionnaire from 127 participating sublevel managers working indifferent provincial directorates of a public organization in Turkey. Data were subjected to analysis with SPSS 16.0 software and presented in tables. The findings showed that creativity dimensions; whileorganizational encouragement and work group supports have positive impact, sufficient resources have negative impact, on the other handfreedom, organizational impediments, and workload pressure have no significantimpact on organizational creativity.
