The accumulation, which emerged in the field of medicine inIran, had a great influence on Greek physic. Iranians had been affectedintensely by Greek and Indian physic in the Early Middle Ages. Early Middle AgeIranian physic has an important role to be a basis of Islamic physic afterSasanians. In this period great medical schools were established; an importantphysician class had arisen. The intellectual accumulations on physic in Iranhad led to many foreign physicians to pour into Iran. Besides, the churches andtemples in Iran have also an important role on medical practices.
