Bunedenle, bireylerin iş ve aile yaşamlarını etkileyen iş-aile çatışmasıkavramına olan ilgi güncelliğini korumaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Denizli ilinde faaliyet gösteren ve serbestolarak çalışan muhasebe meslek mensuplarının, işe bağlılık, duygusaltükenmişlik ve iş stresi düzeylerinin iş-aile çatışması düzeyi üzerindekietkileri incelenmektedir. Bu amaçla, 176 muhasebe meslek mensubundan eldeedilen veriler, hiyerarşik regresyon yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmasonucunda elde edilen bulgular, duygusal tükenmişlik ve iş stresi ile iş-aileçatışması arasında pozitif, işe bağlılık ve iş-aile çatışması arasında isenegatif bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
