investigate research the theory of characteristics leadership in healthcare
managers in Central Anatolia. In the study, the interview technic which is
among the qualitative research technics was used. In the study, 8 healthcare
managers were reached and they were asked 6 questions about the on the subject
of characteristics evaluation. As a result of the study, it was concluded that
the theory of characteristics was an availability processing theory in
