N2  - This study was designed toinvestigate research the theory of characteristics leadership in healthcaremanagers in Central Anatolia. In the study, the interview technic which isamong the qualitative research technics was used. In the study, 8 healthcaremanagers were reached and they were asked 6 questions about the on the subjectof characteristics evaluation. As a result of the study, it was concluded thatthe theory of characteristics was an availability processing theory inleadership and it affected the leadership styles.
