of the advanced manufacturing technologies and total quality management on a
company’s performance. In accordance with this, a model has been developed and
tested. Two hypotheses have been generated to test the model and a poll has
been carried out on 140 firms operating in manufacturing industry in city of
Trabzon. Structural equation model has been used to test the hypotheses
generated. In accordance with the findings of the analysis it is determined
that; total quality management has a high level and positive effect on
company’s performance; however advanced manufacturing technologies do not have
