N2  - The objective of this study is to determine the effectof the advanced manufacturing technologies and total quality management on acompany’s performance. In accordance with this, a model has been developed andtested. Two hypotheses have been generated to test the model and a poll hasbeen carried out on 140 firms operating in manufacturing industry in city ofTrabzon. Structural equation model has been used to test the hypothesesgenerated. In accordance with the findings of the analysis it is determinedthat; total quality management has a high level and positive effect oncompany’s performance; however advanced manufacturing technologies do not haveany effect on company’s performance.
