N2  - Whereas in anesthesia practice the probabilty to encounter surgical procedures of gastrointestinal tract burn sequelas due to corrosive agent ingestion is more, cases with injured airway and have necessity of tracheostomy are rare to come up. In such cases it is important for anesthesist to take precautions for difficult airway and to be in coordination with surgical team during surgical tracheostomy procedure. In this report we aimed to share our anesthesia experience in a pediatric case with injured upper airway to emphasize the importance of these factors.
