In a three stage supply chain setting whichconsists of customer, retailer and manufacturer, perishable inventorymanagement is modeled and parameters of the model are determined withsimulation optimization approach. A simulation program is used for modelinginventory management, centralized and decentralized inventory management isexamined, and the results are presented on comparative tables. In study, minimization of total cost of supply chain and improving customer satisfactionlevel are considered as performance measures.
