N2  - Bruselosis is zoonotik diseases in all over the world andalso seen endemic in many areas of ourcountry. Involvement ofreticuloendothelial system is seen frequently during the clinical course.Themost common symptomps and signs are fever, joint pain, myalgia, back pain,anorexia and fatigue. Skininvolvement is rarely seen. Thus in this paper wereport a 12-year-old boy presenting with fever and diffuse maculopa­pular rash.
