N2  - 4,617 square meters of green area, located in Kocaeli / Gölcük Atatürk District, Burcu Street, designed as a town square and its application project was done by the scope of Gölcük Vizyon 2023 project. Gölcük Vizyon 2023 project is executed with the cooperation of Kocaeli University, Gölcük Municipality and Gölcük City Council. The designed town square, aimed to create an attraction centre that can be build stronger bonds, natural, warm, friendly, active and sporty in green for urban residents and their children who are appeared to be plural, actually estranged and alienated due to constantly urbanization. To promote the achievement of social sustainability and to strengthen neighbourly relations in the field, social activity areas determined by taking the views and opinions of the urban residents. Furthermore, the project is designed using digital design tools and it is suitable for computer aided manufacturing. By construction of this project, it is thought that it will add a new vision for Gölcuk due to innovative and original design methods.
