N2  - Hemanjiyoperisitom nadir görülenbir vasküler tümör olup Zimmerman perisitlerinden kaynaklanır.Hemanjiyoperistomlar kapillerlerin bulunduğu her yerde bulunabilmelerine rağmenen çok alt ekstremiteler, pelvik fossa ve retroperitoneumda görülürler.Hemanjiyoperisitom BT’de yuvarlak,homojenden heterojene kontrastlanan kitle şeklinde görülür. MRG’de ise T1ağırlıklı görüntülerde kaslara göre heterojen izointensten hipointens sinyaledoğru değişen sinyali mevcuttur. PET BT görünümleri tanımlanmamıştır.Olgumuzda da BT görünümleri literatürle uyumlu olup PET BT’de periferikyüksek metabolik aktivite gösterdiği gözlendi. Bu tarif literatür açısından birilktir
