The RPPC wasadapted from Building Resilience in Preschool Children written by Baum &Anchor in 2005. “Social Skills Evaluation Scale (SSES)” developed by Avcıoğlu(2007), and “Personal Information Form” (PIF) developed by the researcher wereemployed as data collection tools. These tools were applied to 67 children 5 yearsof age in total at second semester of 2014-2015 academic year, which comprisesof 18 children who take education at Marmara University Prof. Dr.Ayla OktayPreschool Education Unit; 23 children who take education at Goztepe SemihaSakir Social Services and Child Protection Institution(SSCPI) Kindergarten; and26 children who take education at Münevver Şefik Fergar Primary SchoolKindergarten. Pre-test and post-test experimantal control group was used, in orderto investigate the effect of “The RPPC” on the dimensions of social skills. Findingsshow that the experimental group children who took special training sessionsreceived meaningfully higher scores than the control group children who did notundergo any special education, and social skills of the experimental group childrenare developped more than the control group children’s (p>0,05).  CR - Bacanlı, H.
