N2  - This study examines the views on transferring sovereignty to the European Communities. Most of the rights which based on the national sovereignty have timely been used by the European Communities. In this context, the study considers the necessity of the case-laws of the connstitutional courts and the European Court of Justice in addition to the provisions of the constitutional laws.
