N2  - Mersin Yapraklı Sütotu ya da Küçük Kelebek, olarakbilinen Polygala myrtifolia,Türkiye’de süs bitkisi olarak yetiştirilmektedir. 2014-2015 yaz mevsimlerindeyapılan gözlemler sırasında Mersin Yapraklı Sütotu bitkilerinin yapraklarında,sistemik mozaik ve düzensiz sarımsı izler gözlenmiştir. Neden olan etmenintanılanma için yaprak örnekleri BIOREBA AG’dan (Switzerland) temin edilenspesifik poliklonal antiserum ile DAS-ELISA tekniğine göre TRSV (Tobacco Ringspot Virus), ToRSV (Tomato Ringspot Virus), SLRSV (Strawberry Latent Ringspot Virus), ArMV(Arabis Mosaic Virus), CMV (Cucumber Mosaic Virus), TMV (Tobacco Mosaic Virus), TNV (Tobacco Necrosis Virus), ToMV (Tomato Mosaic Virus), Tospo (Tospovirus), TSWV (Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus), PVX (Potato Virus X), SqMV (SquashMosaic Virus), Poty (Group Poty Virus),PVY (Potato Virus Y), AMV (Alfalfa Mosaic Virus) ve ZYMV (Zucchini Yellow Mosaic Virus) gibibilinen süs bitkisi virüslerine karşı testlenmiştir. DAS-ELISA’da CMV pozitiförnek (8 adet, %13.1) sonuçları, 100 mg yapraktan ekstrakte edilen toplamRNA’ların RT-PCR’da kullanılmasıyla doğrulanmıştır. Sense CMVr ve Anti senseCMVf primerleriyle yapılan RT-PCR sonucu, 513 bp cDNA bandları %1.5’lik agarozjelde gözlenmiştir. Antalya’da her dem yeşil olan Sütotu’nda CMV’nin serolojikve moleküler tekniklerle ilk kaydı olan bu çalışma belki de türler ve bölgelerarasında kontrolsüz yayılımının kanıtıdır.
