In this work, thecontroller is designed for mechanical system applications in differentspecifications using stepping motors. During the study, photovoltaic (PV)panel, which is at the head of the clean energy sources which are increasing inpopularity today as the supply voltage, is preferred. In addition, the chargecontrol regulator was used to stabilize the output voltage, to prevent voltagefluctuations at the panel output caused by solar radiation from thephotovoltaic panel and to obtain the voltage value of battery which isconnected to the system. This article focuses on controlling the permanentmagnet stepper motor as a PIC16F84A using a microcontroller. The proposedsystem was simulated with the Proteus program and tested on an experimentalsystem with a control circuit.
