AB  - Sağlık sektörü içerisinde yeralan hastaneler öncelikle kaliteli bir hizmet sunmayı hedefler. İkinci birhedefleri ise kar etmektir. Düşük maliyet ile en verimli ve karlı hizmetisunmak isterler. Ancak bunu gerçekleştirirken bazı finansal sorunlar yaşarlar.Çalışmada yaşanan bu finansal sorunlar ve finansal sorunlar karşısındauygulanan stratejiler araştırılmıştır. İşletmenin faaliyet süresi, personelsayısı, mülkiyet durumu, malzeme alımlarındaki vade oranları vs gibi işletmeyitanımlayıcı sorulara yer verilmiştir. İşletmenin yaşadığı finansal sorunlara vebu sorunlara uygulanan stratejiler analiz edilmiştir. Hastaneler genellikleSosyal Güvenlik Kurumu ile sorun yaşadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. En fazlauygulanan strateji ise borç ve alacaklarını aynı para birimdengerçekleştirdikleri stratejidir.

N2  - Hospitalsin the health sector aim to provide a quality service first. The second goal isprofit. They want to provide the most efficient and profitable service with alow cost. However, when they try to do this, they face some financial problems.In this study, financial problems that have been faced and the strategies thathave been applied in order to face these financial problems were researched.Operational descriptive questions such as the duration of operation, the numberof personnel, the ownership status, the maturity rates of material purchases,etc. are included. The financial problems experienced by the operator and thestrategies applied to these problems have been analyzed. Hospitals often statedthat they had problems with the Social Security Institution. The most appliedstrategy is the strategy in which debt and receivables are realized from thesame currency.
