N2  - Ports generally include a significant field between businesses. Content of employees dealing with unknown loads, where he served working with a wide range of machines and are often special environment where people do not speak the same language in a manner agreed. Working at ports involves day and nights under all kind constantly changing weather conditions. Loader catches the tide, empty pier or a way to unload the ship's cargo are usually pressure to work fast to employees. These factors in ports involve high-risk and the constantly changing working conditions. Companies, forthose risks the constantly changing working conditions should implement the appropriate health and safety measures to properly manage. In this study, we aimed to investigate occupational accidents and prevention methods resulting in themachine used in harbor. Firstly, business machines used primarily in the port sector, with job security at ports relevant laws, regulations, international agreements and scientificresearcheshave been examined. Withthese investigations, the risk analysis was made in the ports. The data obtained from the results of the risk analysis was determined measures to be taken to prevent work-related accidents brought together.
