N2  - Cystic lymphangiomas are rare and slow-growing benign tumors of the lymphatic system. Symptoms of cystic lymphangiomas vary and are generally associated with the location, size, and complications of the cyst. Imaging methods and needle aspiration biopsies remain inutile in making a diagnosis of cystic lymphangioma. For this reason, surgery and histopathologic examination are necessary to make a definitive diagnosis of cystic lymphangioma. Here, we present a case who was admitted to our hospital with abdominal pain and diagnosed with cystic lymphangioma.
