Buetkiyi artırmak isteyen akademisyenler, daimi üyelerin insani müdahalegörüşmelerindeki veto yetkisini kaldırmaktan insani krizlerde kullanılmayahazır kalıcı bir silahlı kuvvete sahip başka bir kozmopolit örgüt kurmaya kadarpek çok öneride bulundular. Bu makale, bu önerilerin insani müdahale sistemindeherhangi bir değişikliğe neden olacak kadar güçlü olup olmadığınıincelemektedir.
