The pilot operations selected among all operations werevisited with weekly periods The information obtained from the study wasrecorded on the basis of the answers given by the operation owners to thesurvey questions. According to findings, it is determined that the range ofoperations with the capacity of 25-100 tons year-1, was 41% andthere were hatcheries in 24 operations. İt was determined that the number ofoperations using the source water and dam water in their hatchery was 14 and10, respectively. It is understood that 96% of the equipment used in hatcherieswas not disinfected. Overall, while 33% of operations were found to obeyhygiene regulations, it was seen that 67% of them didn’t obey hygieneregulations. CR - Anonim, 1982.
