They may disappear by themselves but if they hurt, bleed or are infected they may require surgical interventions. Material and Method: This paper presents a case report of eight-month-old child who presented eruption cysts in maxillar anterior region and it’s treatment with surgical incision. Results: Cysts improvement was observed after surgical incision. Conclusion: Eruption cysts are benign lesions that are usually asymptomatic and do not require treatment.
