N2  - The RS3PE syndrome is the inflammatory rheumatisms of old age, being related to rheumatoid arthritis. Etiology andpathogenesis of this disease is not fully understood and usually seen over 50 years of age and characterized byrecurrent symmetrical pitting type edema.
