Also, the CYVCV found in the fruit and flower of lemon and sour orange is researched in this study. In the researched of the CYVCV, molecular RT-PCR method and biological indexing method to justify the obtained findings are used. As a result of the study, in all of the examples of leaves and exile belonging to the species of lemon, sour orange, orange, mandarin and grapefruit, the existence of the virus on these species are identified by obtaining a band in the length of 479 bp and 921 bp. The existance of the disease on the species of orange, mandarin and grapefruit is first determined in this study. In the studies done by rind of fruit and flower tissue the existance of the virus on these tissues is determined. In all examples of seed it is identified as molecular that the disease factor of negative result doesn’t exist in seed. As a result of the nucleotid analyses and phylogenetic studies it is identified that the examples taken from different Citrus species and analyses done previously on lemon examples showed up 97% similarly in Pakistan, China and in our country. During biological index studies, leaf deformations, pocket image of inward and outward on leaf tissues, recess in the shape of V in the edge of leaf, banding and yellow color fading on the main and edge veins of the leaf, gondol leaf, shape of wet water on the back side of the leaves are identified.
