The study group of research consists of 1. and 4.grade social studies prospective teachers studying at Social Studies Department of Education Faculties at Kastamonu University Gaziosmanpaşa University and Gazi University during the 2012-2013 academic year. In this research “Classroom Management Skills Scale”, developed by İlgar (2007), was used for data collection. As a result of the study, it was found that perceptions of social studies prospective teachers about the ability of classroom management skills are ‘good’ level.
