The study sample consists 175 pedagogical formation program students at Karabuk University during 2014-2015 academic year. In order to obtain research data the Sense of Community Scale, Student Engagement Scale, and also a demographic information form has been used. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis H-Test, Mann Whitney U-Test, Spearman Rho Correlation Coefficient and descriptive statistics. The main finding shows that the students’ sense of community feeling were high. Also students’ sense of community did not differ significantly by the frequency of participation in online course. Students’ engagements were significantly different on the frequency of participation in online course.
