N2  - Bruselloz retiküloendotelyalsistem doku ve organlarını tutan zoonotik bir infeksiyondur. Brusellozdasplenomegali görülebilmesine rağmen dalak apsesi veya dalak infarktı nadirenbildirilmiştir. Dalak infarktında sol üst kadran ağrısı ve ateş en sık görülensemptomlardır. Bu yazıda, bruselloza bağlı dalak infarktı gelişen vesplenektomi ve bruselloza yönelik antimikrobiyal tedavi uygulanan 79 yaşındabir kadın hasta sunuldu.
