N2  - The concept of social capital explains capital with non-monetaryfactors. At the same time, social capital is also a public good in terms ofmacro, thus creating the problem of free-rider. In this study the negativeexternalities that social capital reveals are explained by the concept ofsocial capital failure. In this context, the influence of social capital on theexclusion effect and the social capital on pressure and interest groups,criminal organizations, corruption and nepotism-chronism are explained. At thesame time, the obligations of the state, society and the markets are questionedso that social capital can reveal positive externalities.
