AB  - Son dönem böbrek yetmezlikli(SDBY)hastalarda damar yolu problemi geliştiğinde kalıcı kateterlerkullanılabilmektedir. Bu hastalarda kateter ilişkili sorunlar (çalışmama,enfeksiyon, tromboz) büyük bir problem olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Trombusaslında sanıldığından daha sık görülmektedir ancak nadiren semptom vermektedir.Burada kalıcı hemodiyaliz kateteri ile diyaliz tedavisi gören hastada tesbitedilen sağ atrial enfekte trombus olgusu sunulmuştur.

N2  - Tunneled central venous catheters can be used in the patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) who have vascular access difficulties. The catheter-related complications (malfunctions, infections, thrombosis) cause serious problems in these patients. Thrombosis of the catheter is more frequently seen than expected; however, it rarely becomes sympthomatic. In this case report, we presented a case with infected right atrial thrombus who is on hemodialysis treatment via tunneled central venous catheter.
