Our aim was to compare this method (TLC-SPC) with ’TLC-Scanner’ procedure combined with thin layer chromatography developed by us. With this aim, we collected blood from 35 healthy volunteer controls and separated their plasma. After the extraction procedure, glutamine was separated by thin layer chromatography and quantative analysis was carried out in "TLC-Scanner" and spectrophotometer.
