The study has a descriptive, cross-sectional design and all of the health Workers, Who have Working in Ege University Research Hospital, are determined as the population of the study (N: 2400). The sample size is(n: 240) and 65,8% is female, 50,4% is graduated from university, the mean age is 31.0+6.9 and 16.3% is have had Hepatitis B infection, 50.4% of health Workers were vaccinated against Hepatitis B regularly. İn addition to this, 21.5% of health Workers declared that they do not need to protect themselves against the Hepatitis B by using the vaccination program, although they have been Working for a long period of time in Hospital. Moreover, only 30.8% of them vaccinated regularly against tetanos. Conculusion: In order to organize the vaccination program for the health Workers, first, they are informed pehodically about Hepatitis B virüs and its complications, especially for the Hepatocellular carcinomas, and also Tetanos disease and its complications before applying.
