The rest may be the result of infections, metastasis, adrenal haemorrhage / infarct or adverse effects of drugs. Primary adrenal insufficiency, also known as Addison’s disease, is a disease of adrenal cortex. Adrenal insufficiency generally starts around 10 to 15 years of age. In this report, a young male patient admitted with fatigue and weakness and diagnosed as adrenal insufficiency is presented. Adrenal insufficiency should be kept in mind in patients presented with these symptoms. Early diagnosis and treatment are lifesaving managements in this rare, but curable disease.}, number={1}, publisher={Ege Üniversitesi}
