N2  - Zoonotikbir enfeksiyon olan kistik ekkinokokkoz E. Granulosusun neden olduğu birenfeksiyondur. Tüm vücutta öncelikle karaciğer ve akciğer tutulumu görülmesine karşınnadiren de olsa böbrek tutulumu da görülmektedir. Spesifik klinik bulgusuolmayan renal tutulum, genellikle kitle etkisine bağlı ortaya çıkan semptomlarnedeniyle yapılan incelemeler sırasında tespit belirlenmektedir. Klinikbelirtiler, laboratuvar sonuçları ve görüntüleme yöntemleri ile tanısıkonulmaktadır. Tedavisi cerrahidir. Kliniğimizde 2 olgu benzer semptomlar iletanısı konulduktan sonra cerrahi olarak tedavi edildi. Biz bu iki olguyu, ilgilikaynakların ışığında sunduk.
