AB  - Bu çalışmanın temel amacı son zamanlardaüzerine oldukça sık çalışmalar yapılmakta olan dağıtımcı liderlikle ilgili birkavramsal analiz yaparak bu liderlik türünün okullardaki uygulamalarını analizetmektir. Ayrıca yapılan bu çalışmanın ileride dağıtımcı liderlikle ilgili yapılacakolan amprik çalışmalara rehberlik edeceği düşünülmektedir. Dağıtımcı liderlikbakış açısına göre çoklu liderler vardır (Spillane ve diğerleri, 2004) ve liderlikaktiviteleri örgütlerde paylaşılır (Haris, 2007). Dağıtımcı liderlikte tek bir liderden ziyadebirden fazla lider söz konusudur. Bu liderlerden bazıları resmi olarak birliderlik pozisyonuna sahipken bazıları sahip değildir. Harris’e (2005) göredağıtımcı liderlik, liderlik hakkında daha geniş ve yaratıcı düşünmemizisağlar. Bizi tek insandan çok insana götürür. Çoklu seviyede çoklu liderliğiönerir. Dağıtımcı liderlik bakış açısını benimseyen bir okul öğrenciler,öğretmenler ve diğer yardımcı personele geniş bir yer verir. Böyle bir okuldalider görev ve sorumlulukları dağıtılır ve bu sayede bireysellikten uzaklaşılırböylece başarı takımın başarısı olarak kabul edilir. Bu şekilde liderliğinkişiler arasında dağılması, kişilerin kurumu daha çok benimsemesine ve başarıyıelde etmek için çaba sarf etmesine neden olacaktır.

N2  - The main purpose of this study is to analyze the practices of distributedleadership within schools as well as the conceptual analysis of distrubutedleadership, which is one of the most frequencly studied subjects.Additionally, it is thought that this work will be a guide to the empiricalworks related to leadership in the future. In the view of distributiveleadership perspective, there are multiple leaders (Spillane et al., 2004), andtheir leadership activities are shared in the organizations (Harris, 2007). Inthe distributive leadership, more than one leader is being in discussion ratherthan a single leader. While some of these leaders officially have a leadershipposition, other ones have not being in position. According to Harris (2005),distributive leadership allows us to think more creatively and in a broaderperspective. It takes us from one person to many persons. It suggests usmultiple leadership at multiple levels. A school that adopts a distributiveleadership perspective considerably takes into account of the students, theteachers and the other persons in the school. In such a school, leadershipmissions and responsibilities are distributed, and thus the individualism isavoided and the success is counted as the team success. The distribution ofleadership among the persons in this manner will cause persons to adopt theirinstitution and to make more efforts to get success.
