N2  - This research aims to identify the leadership approaches of musicteachers who work in schools and to demonstrate the effect ofleadership approaches on the consistencyof purpose andcommunication/cooperation in school.It is also the purpose of this research to determine whether the musicteachers' leadership approaches vary according to their demographic characteristics.The study was organizedinto four chapters. In the first part of the study, the purpose of theresearch, its limitations, and the key definitions of research are explained.In the second part of the study, the concepts of "Leader" and"Leadership" were discussed with the finest details, the leadershipstyles and theories of leadership were discussed, the differences betweenleadership and management were examined and the importance of leader'sorganization was emphasized. In the third part of the study, the researcher'suniverse and sample are specified, and necessary explanations about thecollection and analysis of the data are mentioned. In addition, the findings inthe research were evaluated and interpreted. In the fourth part of the study,the results were evaluated and proposals were made to the practitioner and researcher.
