N2  - The importance of natural resources on both individuals and the society as well as the in the economy and the industry has been long known. Virtually, all the tools we use in our daily lives are produced from natural resources, especially from mines, and therefore mines became indispensable values of humanity. The majority of the countries that have acquired advanced technology, developed economy and high levels of prosperity reached to these circumstances through industrial revolution and industrialization lead by their natural resources. The undeveloped and developing countries are targeting to reach and surpass these countries by utilizing their natural resources more efficiently. The first step in achieving this goal is to explore their domestic natural resources (especially mines) and extract and utilize them in the fastest, most effective and economic manner. Thus, in this paper, the impact of 2010 legislative amendment on parameters such as the number of licenses, collected fee income and exploration and mining demands are analyzed
