AB  - Nöroendokrintümörler apendiksin sık görülen tümörleridir. Klinik olarak apendiksin nöroendokrintümörlerinin akut apendisitten ayırımı mümkün değildir. Tümörlerin %80’i tipyerleşimli ve %95’i 2cm’den küçük çaptadır. Nöroendokrin tümörlerdepigmentasyon oldukça nadirdir. Burada akut appendisit nedenli apendektomiyapılan hastada insidental olarak tanı alan pigmente nöroendokrin tümör olgusuliteratür bilgileri eşliğinde sunulmuştur.

N2  - Neuroendocrintumors are one of the most common tumors of the appendix. It is difficult todifferantiate acute appendicitis from appendiceal neuroendocrine tumors.80% of these tumors are located in tipof the appendix and 95% are measured smaller than 2 cm in diameter.Pigmentation is rare in neuroendocrine carcinomas. Here we report a case ofpigmented neuroendocrine tumor which was detected incidentally.
