AB  - Klippel-Trenaunay Weber Sendromu (KTWS) kutanözvasküler malformasyonlar, kemik ve yumuşak doku hipertrofisi ve varislidamarlar ile karakterize konjenital bir sendromdur. KTWS'de hem periferik hemde viseral tutulum görülebilir ve bu önemli bir morbidite ve mortalite kaynağıolabilir. Pulmoner emboli, tromboflebit, kanama, staz dermatiti ve kutanözülserasyon gibi komplikasyonların önlenmesinde erken tanı önemlidir.Kliniğimize olası KTWS tanısı ile 9günlük yenidoğan sunuldu. Çocuklukta bu hastalığın erken teşhisi önemlidir vevenöz yetmezliği önlemek için uygun destek tedavisi başlatılır.

N2  - Klippel-Trenaunay Weber Syndrome (KTWS) is acongenital syndrome characterized by cutaneous vascular malformations, bone andsoft tissue hypertrophy, and varicose veins. Both peripheral and visceralinvolvement can be observed in KTWS and this can be a major source of morbidityand mortality. Early diagnosis is important in preventing complications such aspulmonary embolism, thrombophlebitis, bleeding, stasis dermatitis and cutaneousulcerations.Herein we presented a 9-day newborn with possible KTWS. That it isimportant early diagnosis of this disease in childhood and appropriatesupportive treatment is started to prevent venous insufficiency.
