N2  - In this study, information about civilian society and non-governmental organization (NGO) is given because Federation of Amateur Sports Clubs (ASKF) and its upper foundation called Confederation of Turkish Amateur Sports Clubs (TASKK)are non-governmental organizations (NGO) working for sports. In the research which was applied by scanning model, data is collected by public survey and in total 459 surveys were evaluated. The basis of study is Administrative Committee Members of Federation of Amateur Sports Clubs in 74 cities. After statistical analysis, KMO value of survey is calculated as 0.85; Barlett test as 9416,078 and Crombach Alpha security coefficient as 0.89.
