Political favoritism is a kind of acknowledgement of any ruling political party for a privileged attitude towards supportive constituents after winning the elections by providing advantage to such persons. Based on this assumption, one might conclude that there lies a causal relation in the way that political parties, as focal points of political sociology, provide some advantages to constituent groups that have upheld them to power, namely under political favoritism. This study attempts to provide an explanation to this causal relation under the light of its main elements with a special emphasis on the deviance of favoring some groups for the sole purpose of sustaining their existence whereas they are supposed to counteract nepotism by cradling competences.
