N2  - Amaç: Sentinel lenfnodu biyopsisi pek çok meme kanserli hastanın cerrahi tedavisi için aksillerlenf nodu diseksiyonuna alternatif olarak uygulanabilir. Çalışmamızın amacı,erken evre (T1-T2, N0, M0 ) meme kanserli hastalarda radyokolloid enjeksiyonuile kombine veya tek başına mavi boya kullanılarak yapılan sentinel lenf nodubiyopsilerinde karşılaştığımız yan etkileri bildirmektir.Gereçve yöntem:Kliniğimizde erken evre meme kanseri nedeni ile Mayıs 1998 - Nisan 2017tarihleri arasında yapılmış 1374 adet sentinel lenf nodu biyopsisi sonuçlarıretrospektif olarak incelendi. Bulgular: Sentinel lenfnodu biyopsisi yapılan hastalardan 315 tanesinde boya kullanıldı. Bu hastaların12 tanesinde (%0,4) alerjik reaksiyon görüldü. Hastaların hastanede kalışsürelerinde değişiklik olmadı ve adjuvan tedavilerini gecikme olmaksızınaldılar.Sonuç: Mavi boyanın yolaçtığı alerjik reaksiyonlardan korunmak için sadece radyoizotop ile işlemyapılabilir. Mavi boya uygulanması gereken olgularda ise doku üzerindeki toksiketkilerinden ötürü intradermal enjeksiyonlar yerine derin parankimalenjeksiyonlar tercih edilebilir.
