Material and Methods: Four disabled children and their healthy siblings were included in this study as research group. As the control group, four disabled children and their healthy siblings participated in the study. Group activities have been implemented one day a week for 1,5 hours in accordance with the children’s interests and requests for 4 weeks. “Demographic Data Collection Survey” as Rating Scales, “Child and Adolescent Participation Scale (CASP)” was used for participation and “Schaeffer Sibling Behaviour Rating Scale” was used for sibling relationships respectively. Scales have been applied again after 4 weeks, the first and the last points have been compared. Results: As a result of our study, no statistically significant difference has been determined between the study group and the control group based on the results of the CASP and Schaeffer Sibling Behaviour Rating Scale (p>0,05). conclusion: In our pilot study, due to insufficient number of cases, even though there were significant improvements in social participation and sibling relationships according to the pre and post evaluation results, when compared with the results of the Control Group, this improvement could not be included in the results. Studies that will analyze the effects of group activities on participation and sibling relationships, with the participation of more children are needed to shed light on the field of rehabilitation intervention.
