N2  - Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi eğitim kurumuna devam edençocukların annelerinin öz yeterlilik ve öfke düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkininincelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu İstanbul ili Anadolu ve Avrupayakasında okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarına devam eden çocuğu olan vearaştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 135 anneden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplamaaracı olarak Demografik bilgi formu ve Susan Holloway (2005) tarafındangeliştirilen ve Zembat ve diğ. (2008) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan BerkeleyEbeveyn Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği Okul Öncesi Formu ve Spielberger (1988)tarafından geliştirilen ve Kadir Özer (1994) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlananSürekli Öfke-Öfke Tarzı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Annelerin öfke düzeylerininçocuğun cinsiyeti ve ailenin gelir durumuna göre farklılık gösterdiğibulunmuştur. Ayrıca annelerin öz yeterlilik düzeyi ile öfke düzeyi arasında öfkekontrol boyutu dışında diğer boyutlarında negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler olduğutespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Ebeveyn öz yeterliliği, Öfke düzeyiThe Examination of Maternal Self-Efficacy and Anger Levels ofChildren Who Attending Preschool EducationThe aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the selfefficacy and anger levels of preschool aged children’s mothers. The sample of theresearch includes 135 mothers who are willing to participate in the study andwhose children goes to pre-school education institutions located in European andAsian sides of İstanbul province. In order to gather data for the researchDemographic data form, Berkeley Parents Self-Efficacy Scale, Pre-School Formdeveloped by Susan Holloway (2005) and translated into Turkish by Zembat andfriends (2008), and State-Trait Anger Scale developed by Spielberger (1988) andtranslated into Turkish Kadir Özer (1994) are used. Parenting self-efficacy andanger levels of parents participating in the research are examined in terms ofgender of child and the family’s level of income. In addition, except the angercontrol sub dimension, between the self-efficacy levels and anger levels of themothers’ have been found a negative relationship.Keywords: Parent Self- Efficacy, Anger Level
