Semi-structured interview form that was developed by the researcher and oriented towards the classroom teachers (17 persons) and education inspectors (6 persons) has been used in the research in order to collect data. Content analysis has been conducted on the obtained data. When results of the research have been examined, classroom management skills of classroom teachers, which they use in different courses, are different; and classroom management gets easier from 1st grade to last grade. Some of the possible reasons that prevent the effective classroom management are as follows: influence of the environment, attitudes of mothers and fathers, frequently changing teachers, the influence of school management, individual problems of students, lack of sharing among teachers (competition among teachers), inadequacy of teachers, influence of media and causing students to race with each other. The factors that are effective in classroom management are as follows: experience, improving oneself, personal skills, sharing among teachers, loving the teaching profession, environment, support from school management, good morale, attire, changing program and having preschool education.
