N2  - In this study the production process Cumra Sugar Factory has been accepted as a continuous flow open system, and production process of the system, and production process of the system has been analysed aaccording to the second law of thermodynsmics by using the values of 2006/2007 years. The efficiency of firsth and second laws of thermodynamics has been calculated by using the results of energy nad exergy belonging to teh process. The grassman diagram has been drawn by considering the values of exergy input and output. As a result of the study, the important losses in the system have been pointed out as numerical, and the zones, where energy saving will be ensured, have been designated
