N2  - Sixtyone years oldfemale patient had applied to emergency department with chest pain. Her ECGtaken was compliant with acute inferior myocardial infarction and completeheart block. In her coronary angiography (CAG), there was generalized vasospasmfrom osteal in left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) and circumflexartery (CX). 10 mcg/kg/mn nitrate was infused in the coronary and vasospasm isdisappeared. After CAG, her ECG was normal and she discharged with medicaltreatment recommendations
