N2  - In this study, an organizational change scale has been tried to develop. With this purpose, the change dimensions in the organizations have been created and their frequencies have been found out by studying the literature. The change dimensions with high frequency have been determined and their superiorities to one another have been examined with Analytic Hierarchy Process. Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping has been used to create the scale questions belonging to known dimensions
