The affective and continuance commitment scale developed by Meyer, P.J and Allen, J.N. intent to leave organizational scale developed by the researcher himself a questionnaire was used to collect data. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the level of affective commitment of the teachers was greater than continuance commitment. It was seen that there was a significant relationship between teachers’ age, gender, service years, residence, marital status, working wives, the number of children, and income and affective, continuance, organizational commitment. No significant difference was observed with respect to their branch, schools they got their degree, education level, and work palace.
