Therefore this study was made to Determine the Relationship Between Level of Burnout and Job Satisfaction of Two Kind of Institute, Sample Of Kars City. Material and Method: Our study is a cross sectional survey and a survey of 116 police officers and 24 Kafkas University Health, Research and Practice Center were conducted in Kars. Data were obtained with socio-demographic and work characteristics form, Hackman and Oldham Job Satisfaction Scale and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) as a face to face. SPSS 16.0 statistical data given level of statistical significance with p < 0.05 was accepted. Results: Academicians job satisfaction and burnout score were higher than police department workers. A negative relationship between Hackman ve Oldham Job Satisfaction Scale and emotional exhaustion, depersenolization and personal success was detected.
